I just wanted to thank you for the way that you handled our dissatisfaction with the door unit and its door lever purchased through Kendall. The manufacturer was less than cooperative and not willing to stand behind their product even though we feel that the issue was in fact their design flaw. We appreciate your time and consideration in the matter and we thoroughly appreciate your representation, as well as your promise and actions towards customer satisfaction.

The replacement door and the work was completed by your contractor and was very satisfactory. Your sales representative was always polite and professional in his involvement in our dilemma. We were pleasantly surprised by your letter and reimbursement check reflecting the lockset purchase reimbursement. We did not expect any type of refund other than the agreed lockset. The additional credit that you were able to negotiate for us is again much appreciated from Kendall. We appreciate your involvement and your representative of the manufacturer for a fair deal for us. The Kendall Company continues to be a place our family could put our trust in for quality products and service.

As a result of your hard work and consideration, I would like to commend you and your staff for taking care of a problem that, in this day and age of the “Lowes” and “Home Depot” less than personalized service jobs, is whole heartedly appreciated.
