The manufacturer was less than cooperative and not willing to stand behind their product even though we feel that the issue was in fact their design flaw. The replacement door and the work was completed by your contractor and was very satisfactory. Your sales representative was always polite and professional in his involvement in our dilemma. We were pleasantly surprised by your letter and reimbursement check reflecting the lockset purchase reimbursement. We did not expect any type of refund other than the agreed lockset. The additional credit that you were able to negotiate for us is again much appreciated from Kendall. We appreciate your involvement and your representative of the manufacturer for a fair deal for us.
